 Just a short walk will lead you to Face Rock Viewpoint, a State day-use park with easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Oregon coast.

We think walking tours should start with an extra treat, so you might want to visit Bandon Sweets & Treats to satisfy your sweet tooth. Browse for the perfect book at our very own local bookstore, Winter River Books, or be amazed by the craftsmanship of John Campbell's fantastic stained glass creations. For the best local jewelry on the coast, you should go see George at Whiskey Run Jewelry.
Pick up a delicious handmade sandwich or fresh cup of soup at the 2 Loons Cafe or some fresh seafood from Tony at the Port O' Call. While downtown, you can also get freshly baked pastries along with a steaming cup of fresh-brewed coffee at the Bandon Baking Company & Deli.
If fishing for wild salmon is your thing, call Rick Howard to guide you to his special hot spots! For all your golf supplies at very reasonable rates, stop in and see Jon & Steve at Bandon Golf Supply.
Need to entertain the kids for the day? Take them to the best petting zoo ever: West Coast Game Park.
How about something to decorate your home? Talk to Richard at the Second Street Gallery. A little bit south of Bandon, you'll find a fantastic selection of native plants at 101 Plants & Things.

For the golfing enthusiast, Bandon and the nearby areas have lots to offer. At the top of most lists is Bandon Golf Resort, a true links golf experience. The summer of 2007 will see the grand opening of another championship course sure to be highly rated: Bandon Crossings.
A short drive north to Florence will bring you to Sandpines Golf Course, a Troon course as well as another dunes-type course, Ocean Dunes.
For an inland golfing experience, take a drive down to Brookings and enjoy the risk/reward golfing at Salmon Run.
